I am Dorian Acker and I’m here to walk beside you on your journey toward balance and healing. As an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Mindfulness Facilitator, I offer gentle yet powerful practices to support you through emotional pain, physical stress, or spiritual disconnection.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. These practices are designed to bring clarity, release, and transformation—and they’re especially supportive if you’re working through limiting beliefs or struggling to shift old patterns.

EFT / Tapping
EFT is a self-applied technique combining cognitive therapy with gentle tapping on acupuncture points. This simple yet profound method helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and release emotional blocks. With mindful focus and a compassionate acceptance statement, you tap into healing from the inside out—literally.
Reiki
Everything is energy—and Reiki works with the universal life force that flows through all living beings. During a Reiki session, I guide this energy to support your system’s natural ability to heal. Many describe the experience as deeply calming, pain-relieving, and grounding. Sessions often include sound healing to shift brainwave states from “fight or flight” into deep relaxation and receptivity.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the art of returning to the present moment—again and again—with compassion. Through conscious breath and awareness, mindfulness calms the mental noise and creates space for healing. If your mind feels scattered, heavy, or overwhelmed, this practice can gently restore your center.
Each of these modalities activates the relaxation response in the body—lowering heart rate, easing blood pressure, and creating the internal conditions necessary for healing and balance.
