Reiki: Energy Healing for Deep Restoration
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above-the-body) healing technique that restores balance by working with your body’s natural energy systems. Pain, stress, and emotional wounds create energetic blockages, leaving you feeling drained, disconnected, or unwell.

Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): Releasing Emotional Pain

Clinical EFT (often called “tapping”) is a proven method that combines modern psychology with ancient acupressure techniques to help release trapped emotions.
By gently tapping on specific energy points while focusing on your emotional or physical distress, EFT can help you:
